Our hiring process is designed to be clear, fast, and human. No endless rounds, no guesswork – just genuine conversations and mutual discovery.

- Introduction Call
In our first intro call, we will talk about your experience, motivation and what you are looking for - so we can see if our paths align. - Case Challenge
Through a hands-on case, you will experience the kinds of challenges you will tackle here - while giving us insights into your problem solving approach and creativity. - Group Interviews
After a successful case challenge, we’ll welcome you to our office for group interviews. You’ll engage in a deep-dive session with the colleagues you’d collaborate with day-to-day, followed by a culture interview to ensure we’re an excellent match for one another. - Offer
