Here’s how our hiring process works

Our hiring process is designed to be clear, fast, and human. No endless rounds, no guesswork – just genuine conversations and mutual discovery.

  1. Introduction Call
    In our first intro call, we will talk about your experience, motivation and what you are looking for - so we can see if our paths align.
  2. Case Challenge
    Through a hands-on case, you will experience the kinds of challenges you will tackle here - while giving us insights into your problem solving approach and creativity.
  3. Group Interviews
    After a successful case challenge, we’ll welcome you to our office for group interviews. You’ll engage in a deep-dive session with the colleagues you’d collaborate with day-to-day, followed by a culture interview to ensure we’re an excellent match for one another.
  4. Offer
    When the match feels right on both sides, we will invite you to become part of the team with an offer we are proud to make.
